Cancellation Policy

To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy for our day tours: Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund. 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 25% refund. 48 to 72 hours before the tour: 50% refund. More than 72 hours before the tour: Full refund. No Show: - If you do not show up for the tour without prior notification, no refund will be issued. Late Arrivals: - Waiting Time: We will wait up to 30 minutes for late arrivals. After this period, the tour will commence, and no refunds will be provided. - Notification: Please notify us of any delays as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee participation if you arrive more than 30 minutes late. Rescheduling: - If you cannot make your tour, you may reschedule to a different date, subject to availability. This request must be made more than 72 hours before the original tour date. Weather-Related Cancellations: - If the tour is canceled by Aurora Globe due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Special Considerations: - Cruise Ship Passengers: If your ship's itinerary changes, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
